At ADORESKL.COM, we are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following:

Making a purchase

At ADORESKL.COM, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.

We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via Ninjavan. Ninjavan makes deliveries from Mondays - Saturdays excluding local public holidays (Malaysia).

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%.

Payment methods

All payments have to be made by means specified by ADORESKL.COM. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

    Product care

    Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased from ADORESKL.COM using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page).

    All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.

    Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.

    1What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
    We charge RM8 for shipping withinSemenanjung Malaysia and RM13 for Sabah & Sarawak.
    2How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
    We post all orders made before 1PM, Monday - Friday on the same day. The appointed forwarders provide a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 1PM will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.
    3What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?
    For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at adoreskl.my@gmail.com with you order number. You may call us at +6012-420 7771. We will advise accordingly.
    4What is your return/exchange policy?
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, you return your item(s) purchase to us. All items must be in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please be aware that item(s) must be returned with their original packaging and original condition. You may make a Return of your item(s) to our online store. Returns must be done within fourteen (14) days. Just email adoreskl.my@gmail.com to inform the team of the return, along with your receipt. The Customer Service personnel will advise on the next action. After receiving a reply, please pack and post the item(s) along with your receipt to us. We advise that you keep a copy of your receipt for your own records.
